BSP is pleased to work with departments across campus to assist with recruitment and retention goals.  We often meet with faculty candidates during job searches to talk about community and professional life at UCSD and can serve as a sounding board for issues related to faculty retention.

Hidden Curriculum

This new series consists of quarterly conversations about how the university “works.”  Have you ever wished that you had learned a piece of handy information earlier in your career?  Have questions or need advice about topics including movement between professorial ranks, ideas about sabbatical, work-life balance and self-care, support for research? Invited guests and community members will share their expertise.
