This research explores the unique experiences of Black women undergraduate student leaders at Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs). Analyzing the interaction between race and gender, this research investigates how these identities impact the development of leadership skills and the availability of opportunities. This research utilizes qualitative methodologies to explore the unique barriers and successes experienced by Black women leaders in higher education, within the context of historical and societal issues.
